Shipping and Production

All RiverHouseMT items are handcrafted in my studio when you order them. Most orders will ship within 7-14 business days. Please contact me if you have a specific delivery date, prior to ordering.

Return and Exchange Policy

Product Returns and Exchanges are available for bag, wallet, jewelry and leather accessories within 3 days of delivery. Pillow covers are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

Please contact me prior to making a return or exchange. 

Refunds will be given upon return reciept of the item and upon inspecting it for condition/use.  Money will be refunded back to the card or method used to purchase.  

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Due to the handmade nature of the products, I do not offer returns or exchanges on products that have been used. 

FINAL SALE (no returns, refunds or exchanges) on customized, personalized, seconds sale, flash sale, or discounted items.
